Terms and conditions

1. Bookings

Bookings for Casa Rural La Palmera can be made through our official channels. A booking is confirmed once the corresponding confirmation has been received.

2. Cancellation policy

In July and August: non-refundable within 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within the 7 days prior to the arrival date during the months of July and August are not entitled to a refund of the booking amount.

For the rest of the year, please check the cancellation conditions applicable at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is done online, as we do not have a 24-hour reception. Access to the rooms is via a mobile phone opening system through Bluetooth or with an access code.

4. House rules

Pets are welcome on request, with an additional cost of €10 per night and pet. Guests are kindly asked to respect the common areas and the rest of the other guests.

5. Liability

Casa Rural La Palmera is not responsible for guests' personal belongings or for damage arising from improper use of the facilities.
